Day Therapy

Our Day Therapy service is a free service that welcomes anyone over the age of 18 who has a life limiting illness, through cancer or non-cancer and aims to support you to live independently, give advice and information and help you to make informed choices about your future care.

Care is provided by a team of experienced specialist registered nurses, occupational therapists, physiotherapists, health and rehabilitation support workers, chaplains and volunteers.

"We were left with a clear picture of what would happen next we were pleased with the outcome and were treated with great sensitivity throughout."

All care is planned with the person and their relatives/carers working closely alongside Community Nurses teams (District Nursing), GP’s and others providing care to ensure that we are able to meet the person’s needs.

The service runs throughout the week at locations across Lincolnshire.

"I was made to feel very comfortable and welcome and made aware that I could call the unit for support anytime"
