Light up a Life
Throughout the Christmas period, hundreds of lights shine out from our Trees of Life, each one dedicated to someone special.
Christmas is a time of celebration, of remembrance and reflection.
This Christmas St Barnabas Lincolnshire Hospice invites you to celebrate or remember with us the life of someone special to you.
You can light a light for any occasion. You may wish to remember a loved one or to celebrate the birth of a child, an anniversary, or simply say thank you. You may want to light a light as an unusual gift for somebody this Christmas.
Fill in the details on the Dedication Form, return it to us along with your donation, and a light will be shining on the tree of your choice.
You do not need to have any connection with St Barnabas to join our Light up a Life celebrations or to sponsor a light – all are welcome.
Donations of £5 and over per light, will receive a celebration card, with your dedication inside.
Donations of £15 and over will receive a single silver photo heart plus a celebration card(s) with your dedication inside.
