The Hospice serves the county with eleven beds offering specialist in-patient care for those who need full time support to help pain/symptom management and terminal care. This specialist care costs £821 per day per patient.

Community day care facilities, located in Lincoln, Gainsborough, Sutton on Sea, Skegness, Boston and Spalding provide regular respite care and social support in homely and comfortable surroundings. Day care attendance costs £85 per day per patient.

For each of our day care centres, St Barnabas offers a Hospice at Home Community Service. Specialist nursing staff and therapists, supported by trained volunteers, will visit patients in their own homes offering a wide range of services. Each visit costs approximately £105.

Other Hospice services: Night Care Services, Complementary Therapies, Physiotherapy, Lymphoedema Clinic, Welfare Support and Bereavement Support.

 

 

The Hospice's care is largely funded by the local community, with 75% of patient care costs being paid for by donations from individuals, groups and others. We need to raise £2.7m each year and with your help, we can acheive this!
