St Barnabas Hospice is a local independent charity and every year we support more than 12,000 people across Lincolnshire affected by a life-limiting or terminal illness.
We deliver free, high quality, compassionate end-of-life care and support to patients over the age of 18, their families and carers. We aim to enable them to live as fully as they are able for however many days, weeks, or months they have left.
St Barnabas is there for its patients, but is also a vital source of support and comfort to family members and loved ones at the most difficult of times.
Our weekly lottery is a fun and powerful way to support families across Lincolnshire. Join today and you will soon be providing improved care and support with the chance of winning great cash prizes.
Entry is only £1 a week, and every Friday a total of £2,000 is won by 44 lucky St Barnabas lottery members, with a top prize of £1,000. An additional prize of £140 is available each week in our Rollover game which can accumulate until a guaranteed winner scoops an amazing £7,000.
Dying Matters Awareness Week is currently running from 4th – 10th May. This year, the theme is ‘Let’s Talk about Death and Dying’. This week we’re focusing on the importance of conversations around death and dying and how to start them, as well as sharing our top tips on how to prepare for the end-of-life....
For example a one off donation of £20 will allow us to care for a patient in their own home for one hour, or a monthly donation of £34 will fund a physiotherapy session for one of our patients.
Help raise vital funds for local Hospice care this year by getting involved with our fundraising initiatives, or get started with our own fundraising activity!
