How do St Barnabas recruit staff?

All of our vacancies are advertised through our website.  Applications for our vacancies will be considered, based upon the information provided in your application form.  The recruiting manager will shortlist candidates once the vacancy has reached the closing date and will do this using your application form and our job description and person specification. 
If you have not been contacted within 2 weeks of the closing date, your application has not been successful on this occasion.

If you are shortlisted you will be contacted to confirm the details of the interview; the date, time, venue and any other additional information. 
St Barnabas will request references for you and may carry out a health check or an application to the Disclosure Barring Service (DBS) if applicable.
